This page is the "Third Party Terms Site" referenced in Section 11 (Third Party Terms) of our Enterprise Terms and in Section 10 (Third-party services) of our Terms of Service. When you use Webel, certain third party technology, information, data, and materials are incorporated into the Service ("Third Party Services"). This page identifies those services and the third party terms and conditions that apply to your use of each one, as those terms may be modified from time to time by Webel and/or its third party licensors or suppliers. We update this page when we add a Third Party Service or its terms change. You are responsible for checking this page for updates; any use of the Service following a change to these Third Party Terms constitutes acceptance of that change.
The providers below are also listed on our subprocessors page, which describes what data each vendor processes. That page is the operational disclosure of who touches your data; this page is the terms that govern your use of what they provide. The two can change independently.
Where a provider's agreement grants you rights or imposes your obligations, the link points to that agreement. Providers whose agreements bind only Webel (so that no terms flow through to you) are listed without a link, so this page stays complete. If you bring your own API key for a provider, calls made with your key are governed by your own agreement with that provider.

Changes
We update this page when a Third Party Service is added, replaced, or retires, or when its terms change. Customers with an Enterprise Agreement are notified of material changes as their Order Forms provide.
