Chris was employee #18 at an early-stage startup and helped scale it tenfold, then led cybersecurity and technology strategy at T-Mobile. He has carried that work into the open, from Bloomberg to testimony before the Washington State Senate, and holds six issued US patents across security, distributed ledger, and telecom.

Brian Spanton
Co-founder and CTO
Twenty years of systems and platform engineering at billion-user scale.
Brian has built and led engineering from bare metal up: hardware, compilers, and low-level networking, a data-privacy framework deployed across Meta’s core platform, and Xbox Cloud Gaming, Office 365, and Azure Automation across two decades at Microsoft. He holds four US patents, including a GPU emulation core behind Xbox backward compatibility. He leads Crew, the engine behind how quickly and deeply Grow has come together.
